Sasha Melnik

History

In the midst of a war between Russia and Ukraine, Sasha was an Ukrainian girl who was trying to escape from her native country.

Due to so many explosions, the country was becoming more and more disastrous for her to continue living, it was for this, and the misery she was living every day, that made her try to escape her country.

When she was sneaking across a Russian-Ukrainian border where there was a forest, she kept hearing those annoying explosions, gunshots, and soldiers suffering and dying. It was there that she found Masha, a Russian girl who was also seeking to escape from her native country, also because of all the war and the fact that she had been left alone with her grandfather, who was a retired Soviet soldier.

Sasha was afraid and curious when she saw Masha, but little by little she began to trust Masha, and together they managed to escape by helping each other, Sasha showed her the collection of insects that she kept in her bag. And Masha shows her the rabbit bone she wears as a pin in her hair.

After finding a small hut, a bit far away from all the war, they survived and lived together with a nice friendship... where they started to feel something more romantic for each other.
